Quick & Easy Home Pain Remedy

Here is a quick and easy pain remedy device that you can make at home for under $5.  It can be used to relieve pain until you can see me for treatment.  It only requires 2 tennis balls (preferably in good shape and not flat) and a roll of 1.5 inch athletic tape.  You can get all of these items at your favorite drug store, sports equipment store, or discount store.

Only use this device for 15-20 minutes at a time for 3-4 times per day…and remember to ice the sore/painful area for 15-20 minutes every 2-3 hours until I can see you.  It is best to ice immediately following using this device.

I leave a response each time I especially enjoy a article on a website or I have something to valuable to contribute to the discussion. Usually it is caused by the passion displayed within the post I looked at. And after this post Quick & Easy Home Pain Remedy | Body Mind by Dr. Sean Stringer. I was moved enough to post a thought 🙂 I actually do have 2 questions for you if you usually do not mind. Is it only me or does it look as if like a few of these responses come across as if they are left by brain dead people? 😛 And, if you are posting on additional sites, I’d like to follow everything fresh you have to post. Could you make a list the complete urls of all your community pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
